It was great to be back in my happy place at the w It was great to be back in my happy place at the weekend, on stage at @thestalkingshowltd.

It's always great to do what I love and share my passion, knowledge and top tips with a live audience. 

And I also got to share the stage with great people, thank you @game_for_anything_ and @wild_food_boy, and I already can't wait to see you at @thegamefair to do it all again.

Here are a selection from a recent event including Peking duck pancakes and gorgeous venison carpaccio using local muntjac.

Nothing says Easter like a leg of lamb, and this Greek roasted one with feta and roasted vegetables is one of my favourites, if I fancy a change from a traditional roast, with my famous roast potatoes.

This one is topped with tomato, shallot and green chilli salsa, feta and coriander, and you can make it as spicy as you like!

This venison wellington is a real showstopper of a dish that always gets shared around Christmas, but I promise you it's simple enough to be something a bit different one Sunday.
