It was great to be back in my happy place at the weekend, on stage at @thestalkingshowltd.

It's always great to do what I love and share my passion, knowledge and top tips with a live audience.

And I also got to share the stage with great people, thank you @game_for_anything_ and @wild_food_boy, and I already can't wait to see you at @thegamefair to do it all again.

Nothing says Easter like a leg of lamb, and this Greek roasted one with feta and roasted vegetables is one of my favourites, if I fancy a change from a traditional roast, with my famous roast potatoes.

And served with homemade coconut and mango chutney and raita.

Who remembers the classic starter of coldwater prawns, iceberg lettuce, and Marie Rose sauce served in a glass?

Well, it's still a great starter, but just with a more modern twist and taking advantage of the better seafood we now have available.

These king prawns really do elevate the dish, but it still has to be served in a glass 😂
