I always love working with the team over at @everh I always love working with the team over at @everhot_cookers, and this week was a wonderful Christmas demonstration over at their head office. 

I created baked Alaska mince pies, a Camembert baked cheese boule, with red onion jam, roasted grapes and smoked bacon and the 
pièce de résistance cranberry and maple syrup roasted turkey! 

Apologies if this little feast has made you feel hungry, but hopefully it has also inspired you for the big day 😊

This super simple carbonara is a firm favourite for me. It’s quick and cheap and most importantly tastes amazing!

This fish and chip pie combines two British classics into one cosy dish — creamy, flaky fish pie filling topped with perfectly crisp chips.

Add a spoonful of peas on the side and you’ve got the ultimate winter warmer.
