Rachel has worked on thousands of recipes for food retailers of all sizes and specialities, both regional and national, as well as magazines and TV programmes. She has a great respect for local producers of all good British food. Coming from generations of Lincolnshire farmers she knows just how much hard work has gone into the production!
Food Demonstrations
Warm hearted, enthusiastic, exuberant and funny… No-one does food demonstrations quite like Rachel – from small groups of hands-on students to crowds of several hundred at a food fair or country show.
Event hosting / speaking
When Rachel isn’t cooking, she’s speaking about food in a style she describes as ‘Vicar of Dibley meets chef’.
Or she can be found judging world-class food events like the Great Taste Awards for the Guild of Fine Foods, Tiptree World Bread Awards, Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year, and the British Pie Awards.
